When you contact or book with us through LINE, Instagram, Facebook or by phone, we receive the information you share: your name or display name, contact details, appointment preferences, and any photos you send us for styling advice. Our website itself has no accounts or contact forms and does not collect personal data directly.

Why we use it

Only to provide our services: confirming and managing appointments, advising you on lash styles, keeping simple records of the designs we have created for you so refills stay consistent, and replying to your messages.

Cookies and analytics

This website may use basic analytics to understand how visitors use it (for example, which pages are most viewed). Analytics data is aggregated and does not identify you personally. Embedded services such as Google Maps may set their own cookies, governed by their own privacy policies.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with third parties except the platforms you contact us through (LINE, Meta), which process messages under their own policies.

Retention

We keep booking and styling records only as long as needed to serve you as a client, and delete them on request.
